Last weekend, we had the pleasure of celebrating the neighborhood festival on Luisenstraße in Friedrichstadt together with local residents, families, and many interested visitors—right next to the KöTower construction site.

Under the motto “Celebrate together. Enjoy together. Live the neighborhood,” the street once again became a lively gathering place for the neighborhood. With live music, hands-on activities, games, and numerous information booths, there was something for everyone, young and old alike. A special highlight this year was once again the long communal coffee table in front of the Rheinkirche. Here, the open and warm atmosphere that characterized the entire festival was particularly palpable. At our Catella information booth, we chatted with many neighbors and interested passersby over delicious ice cream, discussing how Friedrichstadt is developing and what impact the KöTower could have on the neighborhood.
