More than 30 experts from the construction and real estate industry came to us in the Medienhafen last week to kick off the newly formed trade committee of BFW NRW.

Klaus Franken and Georg Müller provided insights into the plans for the visionary “KöTower” project on Düsseldorf’s Königsallee, which is transforming the legacy of an existing property from the 1960s into a sustainable and contemporary high-rise office complex. The flexibility of the floor plans and rental options was just as popular as the balconies and terraces of the individual rental units. At the subsequent get-together, there was a lively exchange of views on the still untapped opportunities in the conversion and demolition of commercial properties in German city centers – an important and exciting topic for the new expert committee.
