Today, Lord Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller presented current projects and developments in Düsseldorf as a real estate and business location at the MIPIM in Cannes. Among them: the KöTower – one of 11 new projects in the state capital.

His presentation made it clear that Düsseldorf is a forward-looking investment location where proximity to people and local charm play a central role. “Düsseldorf is not only growing, it is changing – with a clear focus on sustainability, innovation and smart urban development,” said the Lord Mayor. The KöTower fits perfectly into the concept: a green high-rise office building in the heart of the city, with an accessible roof terrace and a newly created forecourt that will make a decisive contribution to upgrading the southern Kö.
